The atmosphere is that of an ‘agriturismo’ a country locality by the sea. According to the season, a variety of tasty vegetables and succulent fruit are cultivated in the land around the villa. These products are used by the owner to make delicious dishes for guests.
The cuisine is traditional; it rediscovers ancient local recipes giving them a modern touch, but it is, above all cultural, convivial and creative.
Affection is found in this tradition, for a homemade dish is synonymous with love, atmosphere and inventiveness, but also health, since the products utilized are all biological. The olive oil is made from the pressing of the olives from our own olive groves.
In spring and autumn cookery courses are held and participants are introduced to local culinary arts, in particular the preparation of handmade pasta, which is the basis of Mediterranean cuisine.
Without doubt the food is delicious, but the proprietor seeks a more intense joy: the pleasure derived from seeing the delight on the faces of her dinner guests.
